I tracked down all the nearest movie theaters surrounding Slippery Rock, PA. Each theater is in descending order depending on its proximity to campus. The main reason for creating this is for students or residents to figure out the closest and most worthwhile cinema to

spend time at. I know personally when I first started attending school here, one of my first questions was "Where is the nearest movie theater?" The main reason being that for some people the theater experience is unlike any other. You feel more into the movie and especially with horror films, the immersive surround sound is quite the thrill.
